Four tuners from an OLP Metal Axe.
Second tree is a wood screw and a washer - that needs an upgrade (or a
drop of oil)!
Nut is a plastic, just a tester - will replace now that the bass has passed the
"proof of concept" phase!
Original bridge, shifted to the left,
new holes (drilled at a slant to avoid the original holes).
Bridge saddles given the Dremel treatment for a second slot, four big holes
drilled 'cause the
big strings have to go through 'em (the little strings go through the original
holes).
Not pretty - but it works. Time permitting, I'll find a more elegant way to route those strings...
